Patti gave a humorous and insightful talk about her inspiration and method for beading. When asked what was her favorite piece, she couldn't pick just one and exclaimed it would be like trying to pick a favorite child. Patti displayed an array of pieces made with a variety of stitches - though she did express her preference for peyote - and claimed she excelled at creating unfinished pieces, many from workshops she had taken with HBS.
